“My love for fishing and cooking began at a very young age, passed down by my parents, especially my father, who used to take me fishing when I was just a kid. With rod and reel in hand, I enjoyed the entire experience, from catching the fish to preparing it, finishing perfectly by cooking and savoring it. I have always been someone who truly enjoys food and the experience of making it alongside my family, sharing the passion and strengthening our bond.

We opened our first location on Mexico Street, Tampico, Tamaulipas in August 2009 with very limited resources, using flooring donated by my sister and sister-in-law, , tables from an uncle, a stereo from another uncle, three informal employees, but an overwhelming passion for cooking. With love for what we do and a strong desire to move forward, that’s how it all began.”
